Understanding the terms that apply to using this website

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for using NW Cleaning Crew’s website and services. By booking or receiving services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Services

1.1 We provide residential and commercial cleaning services tailored to your needs.

1.2 Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.

1.3 Bookings may be made through our website, phone, or email.

1.4 Our pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking, including home size, condition, and number of rooms.

1.5 If the home’s condition, size, or scope of work differs significantly from what was originally discussed, we will communicate with you before proceeding. Any adjustments to time or pricing will be reviewed and approved so there are no surprises.

 

 


2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing is provided at the time of booking and may vary based on the size, condition, and scope of the service.

2.2 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

2.3 We accept debit and credit cards.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

3.2 Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee.

3.3 If our team arrives and is unable to access the home due to missing or incorrect entry instructions, lockout, alarm issues, or no available access, we will wait up to 15 minutes. If access is still not available, a $100 access fee may be charged.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or staffing issues.


4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs at the time of booking.

4.2 Ensure safe and timely access to the property.

4.3 Secure or remove valuable or fragile items prior to service.


5. 24-Hour Reset Guarantee

If anything does not feel fully handled after your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of service. We will return to address any missed areas so your home feels reset and ready.


6. Service Limitations

We clean accessible areas using standard tools and a step stool when needed.

For safety reasons, we do not use tall ladders or access areas that require climbing beyond step- stool-height. This includes high ceilings, fixtures, or hard-to-reach areas.

We do not move heavy furniture or appliances. Cleaning will be completed in accessible areas unless items are moved prior to service.

We do not handle hazardous materials, bodily fluids, or pet waste.


7. Working Conditions & Safety

For the safety of our team, we are unable to clean in unsafe or hazardous conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive clutter, pest infestations, biohazards, or aggressive pets.

Service may be declined, paused, or rescheduled if these conditions are present.


8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or delays beyond our control.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.


9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NW Cleaning Crew and may not be used without permission.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
